Dear Kurt,
Back in the day you and I had many long talks and in those talks I not only got to know Kurt-the man, but I got to learn and understand what made you tick. It was without a doubt your beautiful wife, your dear Claudia...the woman whose love saved you from yourself, the woman who you said made you a better man.

Your love for her was awe-inspiring, as was your love for her children, and as time passed you and Claudia were blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren...Oh how I remember your eyes lighting up every time you spoke of the little ones!

Never have I known a man who loved so completely, who protected his wife and family so fiercely, and who always had his friends backs-no matter what. You were straight-up and true, and it was an honor to of known you Kurt.

Thank you for being there for me, Thank you for your sacrifice while you so proudly served our country.

Your dear Claudia, your family and all those that mourn for you today are in my heart and in my prayers, now and in the days ahead. God bless.

Rest Easy, Ride Free...I'll see you on the Other Side~
Love you,
Suzie Q

I didn't know my cousin, Kurt, very well; but, I knew that he had made his mark on Hobart Jr. High by the time I went to school there several years later. Somewhat of a rabble rouser. Go Kurt! Just like a Wignall!

Kurt,
You were one of my favorite cousins when we were young. You always made me laugh. Although we have not seen each other in many many years, I see by your family pictures you had a great life. May God bless your soul.
