Not sure what to say?

I met Kyle very early on freshman year at BU. We rushed together and become close despite choosing different paths. He is the type of person that can tell when you need a laugh or a smile regardless of how often you see each other. Every time we ran into each other was always a pleasure, and all of my thoughts and prayers go out to the Burkey family and my brothers of DTD.

We are so sorry for your loss and offer our heartfelt condolences to you in this time of sadness.

Kyle was one of my first friends at BU. Getting acclimated at college and in Boston was tricky, and Kyle was one of few people who brought comfort, relief, and laughs no matter what we were doing. Some of my best memories of him were on a ski trip freshman year where we suffered together for a ridiculous bus ride. Kyle stayed positive the whole time even when we arrived nearly 10 hours late and was one of the only ones who was ready to get up early and ski all day. He was an incredible skier...

Rest In Peace Kyle. Were going to drop your song for everyone to hear

My son Sam Cooper and Kyle met during freshman year at BU and became fast friends. When we met you, Rebecca, and Kyle for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory early on, it was clear to me just why. Our hearts are broken for your loss. Sam is out of the country and is so upset that he can't be there with you to grieve today. Please know that we are thinking of you, your family and Kyle. His spirit will certainly live on in the hearts of the countless friends he made during his time at BU. Sending...

So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers... Kyle was such a great kid that I had a pleasure to coach. Sad to hear this news.

There are no words to describe how sorry we are for your devastating loss. Our son Nate was honored and blessed to have considered Kyle his best friend and roommate at BU and know he will never be forgotten. He was truly a beautiful and kind soul we enjoyed getting to know on our visits. We offer our sincere condolences and pray that God will grant you the strength you need to bear this tremendous pain.
The Kern Family ...

Kyle was one of the first friends our son James met at BU. I remember meeting him when he helped us move a fridge into James's dorm room. He was so genuine and exuberant and I was thankful that they had found each other. We can't imagine your sorrow but hope you find comfort knowing that he was loved by so many.
