Kyle Patrick Jackson went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, October 28, 2024.
Kyle is survived by his parents Darlene and Keith Gibson, and Kevin Jackson; his siblings, Kory Jackson, Katie Bloodworth and husband Dalton, and Shelley Gibson; his grandmother, Marty Franks, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, his beloved dogs, and the Gruver community he so proudly called home.
Kyle was born March 3, 1986 in Lubbock, TX. From the time he was born until his last day, he made life richer and more full of joy for those around him. He took the time to truly know those he cared about and made a focused effort to meet people where they were. Those lucky enough to be loved by Kyle should consider their life blessed. He would tell you his Mom and brother were his best friends. Kyle embodied the Holy Spirit in a powerful way, unless, his weed-eater broke or Darlene was putting limits on what he could pile on his plate. He was a hard worker who took pride in his work at North Plains Chemical and the home he shared with his brother, Kory. Kyle was the type of person that brought Heaven to Earth reminding us how this life is best lived.
The viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and a family viewing and visitation from 5:00p.m.- 7:00p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Spearman, TX. Services will be Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Gruver, TX followed by a graveside service at the Gruver Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests those wishing to express sympathy do so by supporting the Lloyd Looper Scholarship Fund (which can be taken to Western State Bank in Gruver, TX).

Kyle was a light in this world, and it’s hard to imagine a day without his warmth, humor, and kindness. I’ll always remember how he made everyone feel like family—his ability to meet people with a big smile made such a difference in the lives of so many. He had a true gift for making people feel special. He always welcomed me with open arms and genuine excitement every time we saw each other.
My heart goes out to my family and everyone who loved him. If I could, I would be there...

God took home a very special man. He was uniquely kind and hard working as though it was his default setting. Every memory and image I have of him he is happy and smiling. Rest in peace Kyle, you will be remembered and missed
