SLOAN, Kyle Richard – Of Flint, age 30, died Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Father Robert McGraw officiating.

Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.

Visitation 11 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Kyle was born in Flint, Michigan on June 7, 1989, the son of Darin and Monica (Peterson) Sloan.

He was a motorcycle enthusiast, riding since he was 4 years old.

Kyle worked for Signature Truck Systems in Clio.

Surviving are children, Carson and his mother, Jessica; baby to be, Dawson, Nevaeh and their mother, Makenzie;

father, Darin (Stacy);

mother, Monica Sloan-Torsney;

two brothers, Braxton and Treyton;

grandmothers, Rosalee Rice and Mary Hill;

grandfather, Joel (Bethany) Peterson;

grandmother, Sherrie Peterson;

aunts and uncles, Eric (Carissa) Peterson, Tim Peterson, Danny (Alicia) Gonyea, Denny Gonyea, Luanna Sloan, Cherie Sloan, Cindy (Mark) Sledz, Ramee Sloan, Megan (Greg) Hunt, Ryan Sloan, Marty (Melissa) Ball and Christina Nellis;

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Arthur Sloan "Papa Bear" and Philip Rice; great-grandmother, Helen Wagar and her husband Stanley; great-grandparents, Elizabeth (Pete) Peterson; step-father, Bruce Torsney.
