Read MoreI had the privilege to have DALE come tp help me out of a tough spot in Calif. and then to work with him at Sacramento and finally in Portland before he retired. Dale and I were once compared to being "Twins" both in size and mannerisms, but not in age - I'm a whole year older!. I considered that a great compliment! Sad to know he hss fully retired now!
