Norm was known as Joe to me and my family. My brother Al met Joe in the Navy and remained a life-long friend. Joe was a gentle man, warm-hearted, generous, loving, with a great sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family. May he rest in the peace of our Lord.

My sincere condolences to the family. He will also be "Joe Farley" to me. My brother, Al, met him in the Navy and Joe came home many weekends on leave. He was like a second brother during that time. We visited his wonderful parents and grandparents who lived across the street in Harlan. We were "yankees" visiting and they were so warm and wonderful. I feel like a part of my childhood is gone and am very sad. Joan LaLicata Coppinger

Will always remember his smile.
RIP Mr. Farley.

Felicia,
So sorry for your loss. Though I never met your dad, I know he was a great person because he raised you!
