I worked on a project with Bruce while he was at Mass Mutual. Although I knew him briefly and haven't seen him for more than 20 years, I have thought very fondly of him many times throughout the years.
He was, indeed, a gentlemen and had quite a sense of humor.
So sorry for your loss.
