Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of working with Allen at AMR. He was truly the smartest and caring CCTEMTP I have ever witnessed. You always knew it was a "teaching " day when he walked into work with his "red shoes " God as my witness I still miss him.

Allan, you left us, unexpectedly, 20 years ago, today. Your legacy and your "red tennies" for teaching, will remain in our hearts forever. Please, watch over us as we carry on our mission of serving people and providing the best in emergency care. I miss you, my brother. Rest in paradise, until we all see each other again.

Allan, as your mother I have been very proud of all the things you have done in EMS. Stories you have told about the people you worked with, as well as your patients in the back of the ambulance.
Your partners at the heliport always enjoyed telling me stories about you.
I will miss you! You had a lot more to teach and family to love.

I wasn't fortunate enough to have have known Allan, but just reading what everybody has written and talking with his Mother, Barbara, has made me wish I had known him.

Barbara, whom I have worked with and known for many years, is a very special person.

My sincere sympathy to the many family members and friends who will miss Allan.

God Bless all of you.

I Love YOU little brother. I am very proud to be able to claim you as my brother. we will all miss you and your humor . take good care of everyone up there-- as i know you will.

My deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved him. Allan already is, and will forever be greatly missed. I know he was a wonderful family man, just by listening to all the proud stories he would share. I know he was a great friend, teacher, critical care paramedic, and partner, because I had the utmost pleasure of being taught by him throughout the CCT course, trained by him on the CCT unit, learned from him when we were partners on the CCT unit, and my friend because he always listened to...

I worked with Allan as a Pediatric/Neonatal Transport nurse. Allan was a hero to me and to all of the infants and children he helped me save. Allan was always there when I needed him. I miss you Allan!

ALLAN WILL BE MISSED BY ALL THE LIVES IN E.M.S. THAT HE TOUCHED. HE WAS ALWAYS AT THE TOP OF HIS PROFESSION AND THAT SHOWED WITH HIS LOVE AND DEDICATION FOR HIS PROFESSION. WE ALL KNEW WE WERE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT CLASS WHEN ALLAN SHOWED UP TO TEACH IN HIS "RED TENNIES" HE IS A SPECIAL AND GOOD FRIEND AND I WILL MISS HIM GREATLY. TO VICKI AND THE KIDS, ALLAN HAD ONE THING THAT HE ADORED MORE THAN EMS AND THAT IS YOU. YOU GUYS ARE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. HE WILL REMAIN WITH ALL OF US AS...

Alan was a very special person. I have not ever met a man with his passion for Emergency Medicine. He taught me that the people we help are the most important when in the back of an ambulance. I have learned a great deal from Alan. He was a wonderful teacher and a great friend. I can only hope I am as good as he was when it came to Emergency Medicine. God speed my dear friend.
