Dear Bev, Steve & Janel, Ellen, Dave & June, Rita & Al and Dan & Kim,

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss.

I told Uncle Ray many years ago at a family reunion in LeSueur that it just didn't feel right to me to call him "Babe", Uncle Ray felt more respectful. He said he appreciated that and gave me a big bear hug! He was a wonderful man and so articulate ~ we always had wonderful conversations at the reunions. My wife Rose and I want to express our condolences to all of the members of Babe's family. We didn't know him well, but always found him to be a kind, big hearted fellow when we'd speak with him at Lake Washington family reunions. Not uncommon qualities for those coming from Aunt Anne and Uncle Louis' family. I know he was always one of my mother Harriet's favorite cousins. Take it easy everyone.
