Not sure what to say?

To the family, I am sorry for your loss, I pray God touch you and guide you through this time of sorrow. For those who dont know who I am, I am Charlotte Phelps' daughter; Wilma. I know what you are going through now, as I just lost my mother in January. God bless and keep us all.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

Will miss you LC but I know your with God now.

Philip,
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time. May your memories of your dad give you peace for the years to come.

LC supported our projects with exceptionally good engineering. I was always happy to see him walk into my office. The memorial service was a lovely tribute to L.C. and a testment to a life well-lived. He was blessed to have each of you in his life and as his legacy.

Donnitta and family,

Rosemarie and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you.

I came to work here at Ball and shortly found a new best friend.

LC was a truly unique individual and words can never express what his friendship meant to me.

May your faith support you through this sorrowful time.

My special thoughts for you at this time in your lives. L.C. was a terrific man who gave unconditionally to all, including the city of Tom Bean. His volunteer hours of being on the P&Z meant much to me and I pray that you will add this sweet memory to your already full book of sweet memories of this dear man. God bless you!

Donnitta, Philip and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult period. May you find strength through your faith and the support of family and loved ones. L.C. will be remembered as a kind and loving man.
