To Mrs. Cranmer and Family,
I worked for four years for Dr. Cranmer at his office in the old Doctor's Building on Monroe Street in Toledo. Dr. Cranmer was a truly gentle and kind person and I never heard him utter a cruel word. I was quite young and just starting out but he treated me with respect and it was such a wonderful work experience. I remember him doing his crossword puzzles and looking at stamp collecting items in his office. He always took the time to acknowledge our...

Dear Mrs. Cranmer & Family,
I had the honor & privilege of working for Dr. Cranmer for the last 21 yrs of his surgical practice. I have always had the greatest respect for him. He was a hard working, accomplished surgeon and of the highest integrity and standards. After he retired, I would run into many patients who always told me they missed him as his Doctor. I was very lucky to have worked for him and have only the fondest memeories of him. I wish you and your family my sincere...

My deepest sympathies to all of your family on your great loss. I was recommended to Dr. Cranmer in Feb. 1956. He diagnosed my hearing loss syndrome (after three other ENTs did not) on my first visit. After surgery he restored my hearing to 80% and second to 60%. As a mother of two small children, this was a miracle! I will always be grateful to his kind and caring treatment. I now wear a hearing aid in my senior years, but in Sun City Center, who doesn't! ...

Dr. Cranmer was my ENT when I was a small girl. I loved him dearly; his sweet, no nonsense approach was so refreshing. Later he became my son's ENT, who is now 31. I knew that my son would be taken care of because Dr. Cranmer was on the job. Later I worked at Toledo Hospital and Mrs. Cranmer worked the gift shop. Once again God placed the Cranmer's in my life. God is wise and very good. God bless your family and know this gentle man with great knowledge touched the lives of so many. We share...

Our Bear's Paw Community in Naples, Florida has lost a very special gentleman. His love for the University of Michigan was ever present in our discussions of the Wolverines. Dr Cranmer's friendly greeting, warm smile, kindness and compassion will be in our thoughts always. With sincere and heartfelt sympathy.

Truly a Doctor's Doctor, he was one of the finest I have ever known. My deepest sympathies to the family.
