Thanks again Ed for all the years of teaching us young lawyers how to practice.

My prayers and condolences to you Nan and family. I´ll always remember Ed fondly and the years, stories and your lives. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Ed assisted me in learning the bankruptcy ropes. I had the pleasure of working with Ed on a number of cases in Texas and Arizona. He was also active in helping create and write the bankruptcy code and amendments. Ed was a great teacher. thanks Ed for all your help. Eric

Perhaps Nan will remember when Ed tasked me with meeting Nan at Ohare with 18 yellow roses to show his love for her

Ed was the smartest and best lawyer I ever met. He could always find an answer to every problem and was always kind and generous with me and my firm. He authored the first disclosure statement in a case for Cosmetics International Corporation when I was just a youngster at the securities exchange commission. A truly great lawyer and friend.
