Scott and I worked together at Altec Industries in Birmingham, AL 1984 - until Florida Rock.
We shared some quirky things like our vehicles were identical. We both drove 1978 Datsun 280Z (s). Of course we both had purchased the vehicles before we met each other. I have only seen Scott a couple times since high school at class reunions but remember him as such a kind soul. Scott and I didn't hang with the same group of people in high school so I wouldn't say we were close friends but Savannah High was a relatively small school and he was always so friendly with everyone so I can still say he was my friend. The world has lost a shining light. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
