Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs Simpson and family,

I just heard via Ed Helms that Bill went home to be with the Lord. I have known that it could happen but it was still a sad surprise when I heard. I have lost a good friend.

I have become Bill’s friend over the last few years as I fixed ham radios for him. In our talks together I found Bill to have a strong faith in the Lord and know he was trusting the Lord to carry him through the several illnesses he faced.

I am thankful for the...

Beth and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your dads passing; my prayers are with you during this time. I have been out of town since Saturday or I would have came by personally. I very much enjoyed meeting Mr. Simpson, he shared his testimony with me of how he gave his heart to Christ as a young boy. He had no doubts that Jesus was his Savior and Heaven was his destination. He had many questions of what Heaven would be like, we found answers to some and others we concluded we would...

Donnie and family,

I remember starting out working with Bill in his garage (many years ago). Later worked several years for he after he started at his own business. Even after I no longer working for him, I still considered he a good friend. The times I would run into him at the beach we would caught up on family, friends and grandkids.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Our sympathy goes to the family of Bill. We both have known him since childhood. A life time of memories. He was always concerned when you had problems and ready to be of help.

BILL HAS ALLWAYS BEEN GENTLEMAN AND FRIEND.OUR PRAYS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DURING THIS TIME OF SORROW.

Bill has always been a wonderful friend and mentor. What a gentleman and family man. I think we all can learn from his kindness. Ham radio will miss him.
Our prayers are with you.

Donnie and family, Our condolences to you. I am a ham radio operator and will miss seeing and talking to Bill. He was a 'true gentleman'.
