Thomas Tharrington was a wonderful father, just as Agnes was an incredible mother. Whether they strongly agreed or silently and gracefully disagreed on a child-rearing issue, the outcome was that their children had the benefit of their wisdom, strength, and grace, which had been instilled in them by their parents and grandparents.
