Mike was a pleasure to work with.
I know he will be missed not only by his family but by all his friends from Dow Corning.

Having worked with or for Mike for more than four years, I grew to know Mike's wit, humor and above all fairness in dealing with all people. He surely will be regarded highly in his new home.

We are like children privileged to spend a day in a great park, a park filled with many gardens and playgrounds and azure-tinted lakes with white boats sailing upon the tranquil waves.

Then, for each of us, the moment comes when an angel takes us by the hand and quietly says, "It is time to go home now... night is coming. Come...you are tired. Lie down in the quiet nursery of nature...the day is gone. Stars will shine as your canopy for eternity. It is your bedtime, child of...

My sympathy to all in Mike's family. I am so sorry. I, too, often recall that Physics study group. We met at my house and we all became good friends, as well as neighbors.

Fondest memories are of our study group during Physics in high school.

I worked with Mike at DC, E'town Plant starting in 1965. Mike was a fine gentleman and a straight-shooter! You always knew what you were dealing with -- which is often rare in business. He will well be remembered for his honesty and integrity.
