Lacey Duncan was a breath of fresh air! Her smile was infectous. She was a great Volunteer for The Salvation Army and expressed love for all she encountered. I hold a special love for Lacey. I will miss her terribly. Michael, your love for Lacey was always evident. She always talked about you and the love she had for you!
