Laddie Don Caviness

I remember Dee vividly. We worked together at Stauffer Chemical Co in Richmond, I went Richmond High School with two of his children, Cheryl and Daryl, and when my parents sold our house (when I was 2), Dee bought it! He was one of the kindest, nicest people I've ever known. He was always for positive, hardworking, and always had a smile on his face. A great man!

I worked with Dee at Stauffer Chemical and went to high school with two of his children, Cheryl and Daryl. My family knew him as he purchased the house we lived in when my parents sold it. Dee was one of the kindest, nicest people I've ever known. I remember he used to go fishing, even though he didn't LIKE fish, and he would give the fish to other people. He was a wonderful friend and co-worker.

I worked with Dee at Stauffer in Richmond - he is the kindest man! I enjoyed his stopping by the office to grab a cup of coffee -- always asking about family and how we spent the weekend. A gentle "gentleman" who will be fondly remembered and sorely missed. Katrinka Ruk
