Not sure what to say?

Fr. Rosko had a vision to move St. Margaret of Hungary from the Buckeye Road neighborhood. We can remember when he help a capital campaign of sorts to donate money to purchase the property in Orange Village on Lander Road which was owned by the Daughters of the Divine Redeemer. The Sisters were unable to maintain the property and had planned to sell it. After St. Margaret's closed on Buckeye, Father Rosko was then able to move the church to Lander Road. If it was not for him, St....

“I would say “

Was his favorite saying

Even though its now been several years since Father Rosko passed on, we miss him, Father you were so right about so many things, I can't help but feeling our society is far from what it once was, our parents and teachers were right to encourage us to hold on to our culture, values, and traditions. Everyday it seems some entity in society is trying to erase the history, accomplishments, and sacrifice our parents endured so we could have a better life. We can only hope and pray we have the...

Father Rosko guided the church through some of the most troubling and tumultuous times in our history. We were blessed to have him. He was truly a good and faithful servant of god who took pleasure in the simple things but could help you with some of the most complicated. He resides now in the presence of God. Well Done Father Rosko, we miss you.

I do not know Father Rosko but my mother, margaret(margita ribar) was born in Nadost in 1917 She is now deceased but I just wonder if they knew each other. May he rest in God's eternal light. Thank you tending to yur flock. Though late, my thoughts prayers w/ his family. Carole King Steubenville Ohio. Peace

Fr. Rosko will be truly missed. I known him my entire life. He has baptized me and he did my first holy communion. He will be remembered always. Rest in peace Fr. Rosko.

The caring, support and kindnesses extended to my parents and our family by Fr. Rosko are still fresh in my memories.
His courage and devotion in keeping St. Margaret's an active church were admirable. May he rest in peace along with my parents and all the St. Margaret's parishioners who have passed and who deeply loved their church home.

My brother Robert expressed touching sentiments about the role Fr. Rosko played in the life of our family. Just today at Palm Sunday Mass I thought of my parents, John and Anne, whose life centered around St. Margaret of Hungary Church their entire adult lives. We as children had so many happy experiences at the church and school. Until my mother was 91 years old she played the organ at the church in Orange Village. I wish the parish could have remained open - such dedicated members. ...
