LaDonna Flores, born February 24, 1959, went to be with the Lord on November 3, 2024, at the age of 65. She is preceded in death by her brothers’ Donnie Adams, Danny Rogers; and sisters, Kendra Stout, and Penny Chambles.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Margarito Flores; mother, Loretta Thompson; brother Wroy and wife Monica Kizer, sons, Christopher Flores and partner Jessica Gacia, Patrick Flores, and Quinntin Flores and wife Savannah Flores, daughter, Katherine Gauna and husband Pedro Gauna; grandchildren, Kaison Flores, Blake Flores, Arianna Flores, Aaron Ayala, Izaiah Gauna and wife Trish Gauna, Zarynna Gauna, Zaelianna Gauna, Zylienna Gauna; great grandchildren, Zayden and Zyran Gauna; extended family and friends. Her presence in our lives will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

The matriarch of our family was escorted up the stairs to God’s Kingdom on the first Sunday morning of November 2024. She was an Angel of God who walked this earth spreading unconditional love and kindness to all. Her lifelong dedication to her family and ensuring their well-being was made possible by boundless energy and a never-ending commitment to their success. LaDonna and Margarito cherished their trips to Our Lady of San Juan Church in South Texas where they would light candles for those in need and talk about future hopes and dreams during their ride back to San Antonio. LaDonna will forever live on in our accomplishments, triumphs and victories.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 PM rosary at Hillcrest Funeral Home. You may join the family for the livestreaming of the rosary at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaVJ-_OOv6eXfc4Wh5SQ-NQ

Procession will depart Hillcrest on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 9:15 AM for a 10:00 AM mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian.
