(Raynard) Kelly, Carlethia Rivers, Marion Rivers and Santaisha Bethea and those of his other relatives and friends are invited to attend his home going service on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, 12:00 noon at Hilton's Mortuary. I knew this dude since i was like 5 years old. One of the fisrt people i met when i moved to North Charleston him and his sis Nicole we grew up together across the street from one another and sadly he's gone but not forgotten. Always will remember our times being his birthday is the day before mines. Prayers to the family.
