Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 2, 2001, 6-8 p.m., at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home, 155 Section Line Road, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 3, noon, at the funeral home, officiated by Bro. Scott Culpepper and Bro. J.D. Hooper. Burial will follow at Mountain Valley Cemetery.
