Not sure what to say?

Deborah, You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Paul

To the family and friends: I have good memories of Coach Rush when I was a student at AHS. He was a kind and gentle. I later met up with him when he was on staff at Tech. He remembered me hauling a sofa to Fishersvile so the students at the rehabilitation center could cover it. We had a good time remembering the past. Homer Duff '60

Deborah, I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

I have many fond memories of Dr. Rush as a kind, fair teacher and gentleman. He was my 8th grade PE teacher and football coach. My condolences to his family.

Mr. Rush was my 8th grade Health and PE teacher at Albemarle High School. I remember him as a good and kind man, a good teacher, and an excellent role model for impressionable young teenage boys. My condolences to his family.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Coach Rush...I learned a lot about life from him while playing Eight Grade Football at Albemarle and I will continue to think of him often!

Monk was a very nice individual . . . and a fair teacher.

The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about Dr. Rush's passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to his family and friends.

Martha and Family: What a nice picture of Laird. He still looks very much like I remember him as a child. My mother, Mary Cox, and grandmother, Pearl Bontz, always enjoyed your visits so much. It was always a treat to see you. I have many memories of walking over to the Rush house and visiting with Miss Flossie and Dr. Charles. We would always stop and visit with the Conns either going or coming. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. My...
