Not sure what to say?

I knew Dr Rencher since 1958 when we first moved to Alabama. He took care of my mother when he was in private practice. I worked at Thomas Hospital and knew him through his pathology work. He was always a kind and special person. He would also come to the THOT's meetings to renew friendships. So sorry for your loss. Will miss him.

Lamar was a wonderful and kind gentleman. The obituary was beautiful. My sympathy to all in the Rencher and Cobbs families.

Lamar was an excellent pathologist, a great family man and friend. I joined his practice of pathology at Thomas hospital many years ago. It was my first job out of training and his friendship and guidance were invaluable for my future career. I remember him fondly and wish Lee and the rest of the family my deepest condolences.

David and family,
Sorry for your loss.

My sincere sympathies. Lamar was a wonderful and delightful gentleman. One of the nicest people I’ve ever known. He will be missed greatly. You are all in my prayers.
