Not sure what to say?

I was definitely in shock to learn of the passing of beautiful Lana. Although we were only acquaintances; the few interactions that I had with her were always filled with love, warmth, and grace. Obviously, not knowing that she was so ill testifies to that. She always had such joy, especially when we greeted each other at church service. I wish I would´ve known her better. We would´ve definitely been friends. I guess I just have to wait for heaven. My prayers go out to Ken and her boys that...

I had the honor and privilege of serving on the Hilton Head Christian Academy board with Lana and can honestly say her faith, genuineness, perceptiveness, commitment to doing the absolute best for whoever she was serving or working for, and her down to earth and sharp intuition made such an impression on me and she was someone that I admired deeply. She was so approachable, kind, funny and immensely proud of her family and knowing that she is in His loving arms and welcomed home helps me...

I had met Lana at our friends bible study and felt a connection with her immediately. Her gentle spirit warmed my soul. She made me feel so comfortable in sharing my life stories which was not easy for me. I wish I got to know her even more. She was such a beautiful lady both inside and out. I know you are dancing before Jesus as we speak. Until we meet again Lana. You will be missed and never forgotten. Karyn Nufrio-Soto
