Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr funston. As the manager of lacollina i would always look forward to his lunches at his favorite table 12, he was a pleasure to talk to and to see all that he accomplished in his life is truly remarkable, i do also miss calling his office to tell his secretary that he left his credit card at the Restaurant Again!!!!

So sorry for your loss. I knew Lance very well during out years at Milby HS. He lived about a block down the street from me on Narcissus St. in Houston. I have not seen him since HS but I never forget the fun we had growing up in Pecan Park.

My condolences to the family of Mr Funston, from Del Rose who took care of him at the Jw Turnberry Aventura, Florida

My condolences. Did legal work for Lance in Houston in 70s. Always enjoyed working with him. Moved recently and ran into some momentos from that work. Stephen Paine

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Sincerest condolences from NZ to you Christina and all your beautiful children. Lance was one very great, inspiring man and both of your kindness and fond memories will be cherished always. Sending thoughts, prayers and much love

We have so many cherished memories with Lance. He was larger than life in all ways especially in his love for his family and friends. We love and miss you so very much and you will always be a part of our life. As with everyone whose life you touched, you will never be forgotten and your memory will always bring a smile to our faces.

To the Funston´s. I am shocked to hear about the passing of Mr. Lance. My deepest condolences.

I believe it is very rare to come across someone that could have such a profound impact in your life. Someone with such goodness in his heart that could make you feel that everything will be OK no matter how bad things were. That was Lance to me, he became my friend, my mentor, my guide and I would dare to say, my family. He inspired me, supported me, believed in me and was always there to help, advise or just listen when it was needed. I will be forever grateful for everything you did for...
