Not sure what to say?

I just learned of the sad news of Lance´s passing through The Pennsylvania Gazette so please excuse my late condolences. I was a teammate on the Penn football team and a Sigma Nu brother of Lance. His love for living life to the fullest was only equaled by his profound intelligence. I remember once when Lance told me he had to study for finance final and was way behind because, and I quote "I haven´t looked at the book yet". He proceeded to put a Who album on full blast and begin his all...

My condolences to Lance´s family and friends. I played football at Penn with Lance and attended every Sigma Nu party even after I went to work on Wall St. Lance was funny and pretended he was a slacker but was really smart and hard working. I´m sure he left an amazing legacy.

My deepest condolences for your loss. I knew Lance by being on the other side of the negotiating table when we were buying properties that he was selling for Aimco. He was a tough but fair negotiator for sure, always working to get the best outcome for the company. He would demand to see my proforma and go through it line by line, explaining why our assumptions should be more aggressive and thus enable us to pay him more for the property. He was rarely wrong. I also happen to live in...

Pam,Devin and Lindsay; Very sorry for your loss. The world was better with Lance in it. We never know the hour the Lord will take us but I bet you he´s talking to Saint Peter right now and he saying that unless I got three bars on my phone and there´s a Dunkin´ Donuts close we´re not interested in buying. He was my boss for many years at AIMCO And was a true mentor. He will be in our prayers

Dear Pam, We are so sad to learn of Lance´s passing! So many memories of Westport with you all and it´s been so long since we´ve seen you ... but just want you to know you are on our hearts at this different time. Kelly Copeland

Lance was my first boss out of college at CSFB, and when he interviewed me all he asked was who owned Smoke's, the popular bar at Penn. Thank god I knew the answer! One day he asked me what I was doing and I said working and he asked if I wanted to go to Hawaii. Our group was buying the Grand Wailea hotel in Maui and he needed signed documents to be delivered by the next day, but Fedex would take 2 days. I flew to Hawaii, handed the papers to the title agent in the airport, she put a...

Dear Pam, Devin and Lindsey, We are devastated to hear about Lance. It has been a long time since we have seen you all, yet, our sweet memories with your family seem like they were yesterday. Our memories of watching the boys play sports and hearing your husband's ever booming words of encouragement to the kids come flooding back to me. Please know that we are all thinking of you at the incredibly difficult time. With love from former Westport-ers, Karen, Mark, Jordan and Charlotte

My deepest condolences. I'm so sorry to know this. I knew Lance on the Penn football team. He had both a great passion for the game and was a devoted teammate. Thank you for sharing this beautiful obituary.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
