My heart goes out to you and your children.
I only knew Lance from business meetings, but his passing saddens me deeply nonetheless. Lance was one of the reasons that the meetings with DPW and the other BH-MCOs in Harrisburg were tolerable.
I truly appreciated hearing that he often inquired about my well-being when I no longer attended those meetings. Recalling his genuine inquiries still lifts my spirits.
