Lance was a truly a very good neighbor who I have known for 15 years, Lance was always helping out especially at Xmas time with helping out putting up my decorations lol we were always trying to see who could put out the most, He also helped my grandchildren with there bikes al ways fixi,f the tubes on their bikes ..
