Not sure what to say?

Lance we will truly miss you and your awesome laughter. Well done Lance you good and faithful servant. Until we meet again, Rest in Love

Hey Lance the call center will miss you! You were such a nice guy. We will miss you.

Lance was one of the first employees I worked with when I started a year ago. He was such a pleasant and positive person to be around, always smiling! He was a man of God and loved the Lord. He will be missed greatly and my prayers go out to his family. RIP Lance.

Lance was a great man that I will miss a lot. He was the first person to reach out and make me feel like I had a friend at work. He was always so patient and kind when he was teaching me how to do something, and he made me laugh almost the whole time we were working together. Deepest sympathies for his family, you are in my prayers and thoughts. Rest in peace Lance.

Condolences to Lance's loved ones during your time of loss.

We will miss our conversations! Our hearts go out to the Millers. Thank you for sharing him with us. Looking forward to seeing Lance in Heaven!

Lance was sitting next to me at lunch during our quarterly district meeting last month. It was a pleasure to get to know Lance better as he has worked at my facility just a few times. Lance and I were only a year apart in age and shared our ups and downs in life. I was inspired by Lance as he was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Lance will be missed! RIP Lance as your work here on earth is done! God Bless You Sir!

Our prayers and deepest sympathy to the Miller Family.
Rest in Peace Lance

I only met Lance when I was at training in Arizona for my new job but he was encouraging and uplifting, knowledgeable and friendly, and I so enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him for those precious few days. May the Lord bless those left behind with the same faith and love that Lance had for Him and with peace and joy.
