I worked with Lance at Textron, he was the kind of person you like to have in your life. We had some wonderful times and shared a lot of laughs, I wish I had stayed more in touch with Lance as he was a positive influence in everyones life. He will be missed by all who knew him and I know I will see him again some day. My prayers are with his family at this time of great loss.
