I am absolutely broken hearted to hear about Lance´ passing. My sincere condolences to your family. I am grateful for having the chance to know Lance. I will always remember his laughter, love of books and apple picking. He was a very special person and will be greatly missed.

My daughter went to school with Lance from elementary school on in the Waverly district. When my sister, Marilyn Wagamon, a counselor at the Waverly High School died, Lance sent a lovely email to my daughter which was read at my sister's service. He related how Mrs. Wagamon helped and literally saved his life, emotionally and practically, at a low point for him. I don´t know what to say to make this any better for any of you. Lances´ character was exactly as you described. I spent a lot of time getting to know him during our time working at The Harrison Roadhouse together. He was a genuine and unique guy, and he was very passionate about his interest.
