I was so sad to learn of Lanny´s passing. My family has known the Riddles since the early 70´s. My grandparents lived on the ranch off Star Avenue. The boys built my brother and I a go-kart that was a source of so much fun. We used to swing on the ropes and land in piles of hay ( possibly snakes, rats, barbed wire) in the old barn. We sold them my grandfather beloved rifles when he passed. We have watched the family celebrate and grieved with them as well. I saw Lance a couple of year's...

We were very sad to read about Lance's passing. I recall spending time with Lance and his siblings at Riddle Ranches back in the 1960's and 1970's. My paternal grandparents, Scudder and Anna Riddle, lived nearby on Pleasant Avenue. My late brother, Larry Riddle, and I visited Cousin Bob's home frequently. We had fun playing with his children in the haystacks and riding the beautiful ponies at Cousin Bob's property on El Pomar Avenue in Waterford CA. I last saw Lance at a Riddle reunion of...

He was one who always had a joke or a kind word I have many memories of working together and running around having fun please accept my deepest condolences

Through many years, spent many hours discussing God, philosophy and nature. Lanny had a good heart and he was my friend. Rest in peace Brother. I'm going to miss you. Life won't be the same without your jokes and your point of view.

Sending love and prayers to the Riddle family that I´ve known all my life.

I remember Lance having the fastest Vega out there, fast enough to beat Tognotti´s CBR motorcycle at the top of 2nd, blew up the motor and still finished first! Not to mention he gave Loy´s Cuda a run for his money! RIP Lanny, David Price

Lanny was a great friend, Many memories from high school, and after high school riding motorcycles, along with Loy and a bunch of guys. Another sad loss.
