Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Sage Family know that we recently sent Care Packages to American troops in the war zones. We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals in the youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May...

To the family of SPC Lance Sage: I know its been going on 4 years since we lost such a good soldier, friend, and brother. I fondly remember lance, when I first came to 2-8 Infantry. He worked in the orderly room, and got me squared away. and fast, (but, right). he would always take time to help me fill out paperwork like leave request and various other paperwork problems. There is not a a day that goes by that I dont think about him. It was both an honor and pleasure serving with and...

My son served with Spc. Sage while they were deployed in Iraq and was the medic who was with him during the mission that took his life. We will never forget Spc. Sage's service to our country and want his family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers, especially during this time of year. Spc. Sage was a courageous and brave solider. At a time when most young men choose to live for themselves, Spc. Sage chose to dedicate his life in the service of others. May God bless his family...
