Not sure what to say?

Lance has been my friend since the sixth grade. He was instrumental in influencing me into a lifelong science fiction reader. His intellect was prodigious and he has been an inspiration to me, even at age 12. I guess I am lucky that I was able to have an extended phone conversation with him right before that trip, but I am really sad to hear of his sudden passing. I will miss you, Lance

We have fond memories of Lance playing his guitar (when he didn't think we noticed). Also, enjoyed our ride with him and the rest of the family on a windy day on his grandfather's pontoon on the lake.Special prayers and thoughts to Lance, Nora, Shannon and Lindsay as well as the rest of the family at this sad and trying time. We love all of you, Chick and Aunt Jo.

We can't tell you how sorry we are to hear of your loss. Words just seem so inadequate. Just know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family.

It is so hard to find the words to say how sorry we are. We send our deepest condolences. We will pray for Lance. Sometimes we wonder why God would take someone at such an early age. He must have had special plans for Lance.
We remember Lance on his rollerblades and skateboards down the streets of Columbus, IN He was very talented.

We will keep him in our prayers and in our hearts always. We hope that Our Lord will bring comfort to the Souders family in this time of sorrow....

I had the pleasure of teaching Lance and received the news on Tuesday with great sadness! Several other Oak Mountain teachers also shared with me their fond memories of Lance. He was so talented; in fact the "head project" he did his senior year in art was of me and has been displayed in a prominent place in my classroom every day since he gave it to me! Know that the prayers and thoughts of many people in the Oak Mountain community that you have never met are being lifted up on behalf of...

We were sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in the Souders family.

Memories of Lance will enrich our lives forever. Like our July visit to the lake. We enjoyed hearing Lance and Uncle Barry jam on gitars in the garage band.
Lance made a difference by his love and kindness for his parents. sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and especially his grandparents.
His spirit of youth will live in our hearts. God will let it shine on...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this trying time. We will help out if you need any way we can. Take care, have faith and Godspeed to Lance.
