Not sure what to say?

Very sad to hear of Lance passing. I worked with Lance many years at LSB sweet guy. Prayers to the West Family.

I very much enjoyed working with Lance several years at the Oakwood Public Safety Department. His presence and comments brightened any atmosphere.

Lance hired me into bank security in 1990 when it was Gem Savings/First National Bank of Dayton/National City Bank. I will always remember his laugh. Rest in peace.

I worked with Lance for many years at LSB. He was a great person. I pray for peace for you and your family. Lance was a great man.

I grew up with Lance. Our families were effectively blended as his Mom and my Mom were best friends. In those days we kids roamed the neighborhood with abandon. One day Phil, Skip, me and by brother David, and a few neighbors Ben and Jerry went on a hike. Unknownst to us our younger brothers Lance and my brother Kenneth followed us. I was fortunate to have several occasions to work with Lance when we were both investigators. He was a good guy and a good cop. Steve Crews

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Lance at MCPO -Welfare Fraud. He was a very nice man and had a sense of humor. I will always remember when he told the story of his son riding his bike (I think to school) and Lance followed him to make sure he got there, but his son didn't know that Lance followed him. Prayers for the family.

So sorry to hear of Lance passing. I worked with him when was head of security for the bank and with Phil at the PD. Both good cops and fine people. Phil Morris
