To my dear friend Lance ... I remember well the days when you abd your family lived on Kensington St in the "Ville". That's how far we go back!!! You were an excellant example for your siblings and those that knew you and one who is a prime example that those who lived in the "Ville" can perform as well (if not better) than those who lived on the hill.
