Not sure what to say?

I was his pediatric patient for his board exams. He was my only dentist for over 50 years!

LD was such a fun guy. He was smart and interesting. He had the best sense of humor! He truly loved life. Linda and Joe meant the world to him. They took such great care of him and he knew it! He loved them dearly. Larry and Carrie made him happy every time they came to stay. Mattie brought him the joy only a dog (lap baby) could bring! My sympathies to his family.

Linda, you and Joe are in my thoughts. I know how devastating it is to loose parents. I love you both and we're here for you.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Uncle Lari. What a great person and Uncle he was! Have to say that I expected all my dentists to pull a quarter out of my ear whenever I went for a dental checkup! What a shock to find that that was not the norm!
Our whole Oklahoma family sends their regards and condolences! Love to you all.

One of the "Greatest Generation"

I later found out that the first man to saw a woman in half was P.T. Selbit (Tibbles). It is because of Uncle Lari that I became a Magician Member of the Magic Castle in Hollywood. I was his "child patient" for his examination to become the great dentist he developed into.

I wish to thank his children for the support they...

Dear Slane Children,
So sad to hear of the passing of one of greatest men I have ever known. A great mentor and friend.
I will always be grateful for how much this man contributed to my life.
My wife Joan and I will miss him greatly.
