My Prayers go out for the whole family. I seen the smiles on that young man's face and they will be missed. Special Prayers for his mom and dad and Meredith. Thank you Chuck and Malina for sharing Chuckie with us and thank you Meredith for being there for him when he needed you.

I don't know if you remember me, I was a nurse at the pediatric office that took care of Chuck. We spoke so often and I remember what a little sweetheart he was. I feel like I have lost one of my own. Please know that I grieve with you. God bless you.
