My memories of Larry go back to when I was 3 years old- we lived on Creek Rd in Ojai and I would love to go to the playground at Camp Comfort- that is how I will always remember him- Ranger Larry- he gave me my first taste of Bear and Snake- and I was hooked- I will cherish those memories forever. I had not seen him for along time but my dad kept in touch- now I have children and grandchildren - and when we go to Camp Comfort I tell my Ranger Larry stories. ❤

He was such a great man and was truly a friend to so many . We hunted and saw him a lot on nordhoff ridge and he coached our womens softball team . Im so sorry Jo and family . It has been so many years since we have seen you but have great memories of you all. Marsha and Michael Vaughan
