Larry Whitlock Burr

Im so sad my grandpa died hopefully I'll see him again in heav'n

So Sad to hear - Larry was always an inspiration to those of us that worked at Nexteer - even if we were not engineers :-) He was a kind man, a wonderful mentor and inspired us all. We are very sorry for your loss!

I am forever grateful to Larry for the guidance and example he set for myself and others early in our careers as engineers. Will always cherish the "surprises" we would commonly find on our desks in the morning from Larry (though he would never admit to them!). My thoughts and prayers are with the Burr family.

I worked with Larry on several projects over the years. He was a smart man. He loved sharing stories about his family. I am sorry that he is no longer with us.

I learned so much while I worked for you in the old Columns electrical group. You kept me very busy. Plus, I now have lifelong skills for any type of lock mechanism. There is'nt a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I will never forget you.
