Aunt Carol,
Although this entry is late ( as is most everything in this household!) Our thoughts, prayers and love for you have been and always will be endless.

Our sincerest condolences. Now that he has found refuge from his suffering and pain in the arms of the Almighty, we pray that all his loved ones may find the same refuge from their suffering and loss through the same blessed Savior and from family and friends. We are here for you, Mom. Always.

We were lucky to have known him, and are the better for it. Larry was an old-school southern gentleman who taught me things simply by example, and so affected who I am. His spent body needed to be abandoned, but Larry's still with us in fond memories and in parts of ourselves that he influenced.
"Grandpa Larry" will be missed as well. The role of grandpa is a special one, and Larry took it to heart. While the grandkids were usually miles away, when we did get together it was always an...

Carol, Take heart, knowing that in time you will be able to say "Now that you live here in my heart, anywhere we sit is a mountaintop. What used to be pain is a lovely bench where we can rest under the roses.
