Not sure what to say?

I lived in Levelland for only a few years and I graduated with Larry in 1956. Larry was much taller and better looking than me and he joked a lot about my size. I loved his sense of humor and his zest for life. We both loved radio and music. I followed his career in the media while my family and I lived in the Lubbock/ Plainview/Amarillo areas. I admired him for his spirit and his accomplishments. He will be missed by many people. Leon Blevins-El Paso, Texas

I attended Levelland High School with Larry, but was not in his graduating class. I have kept up with his busy, interesting life through the years as he was a known West Texas personality. Larry certainly lived life to the full, and he is remembered with fondness and happy memories from those formative years in Levelland which we shared.

Condolences to Larry's family. He will be missed by his friends, far and wide.

Peace and love, Grace Wheeler Rogers
