Dear Donna, Penny, "Lil Larry" and Greg; I am sad to hear of your loss. What great memories I could share, but this web is confined to short memories. He was an inspiration to me and guided me toward the USAF both at the lake and when I worked at the Marina. He was such a true soul and I know God is happy to have a Guided Angel. Each time we had a chance to talk, he always left ya just wanting to hear more. What a Wonderful blessing to Heaven, And .. What a Blessing He will always Be. My...

Donna and sweet family, What a great guy Larry was and such a family man. We are so sad for his passing but praising GOD for HIS grace and mercy. He had such a big heart and helped so many people. What a blessing no more pain and suffering. You are in our thoughts and prayers.Love In Christ, Wayne and Beth Gray

Larry was the son of my mother's sister. We are first cousins. I met him a few times, and he seemed to be a very good person. I know he had a love of boats and the water, probably coming from his maternal grandfather. Larry will be missed, as all good people are. God Bless Larry. Jim Goughenour, Greensboro NC

There never was a lack of conversation when Larry was around! Worked with him at Lowe's 9 years. He put up with us pilots always in a very nice and patient way. He was truly a people person. R.I.P. buddy, and best wishes to the family in this time.

Sending thoughts and prayers from Wilmington, NC. I'll never forget sitting up till one in the morning playing chickenscratch with Larry, going out on the boat, and simply just talking to him. Larry was so good to my family and I for so long and I'll miss him very much.

Larry was a good friend. We had some good times visiting at Acurate. We both have a love of Studebakers. Larry will be missed
