I always so Loved running into him at various places over the years and getting to introduce him to my children. My sincere condolences to the family he has left behind and the masses of friends.

The Horman family..Tim and Joan and children Drew, Jennifer and Justin remember Larry as a friend and great 4-H extension agent who helped them get started in their sheep project...his enthusiasm was contagious...and his encouragement was welcomed and appreciated...we will miss him

Larry was such a generous person. He did a lot for 4-H in Frederick County. I will always have fond memories of the great times we had in the sheep barns. Our thoughts are with his children and family.
