Larry J. "Flap" Crouse, 58, of Cameron, W.Va., formerly of Graysville and Wind Ridge, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 15, 2015.
He was born September 6, 1956, in Waynesburg, a son of Lawrence Edward and Donna Lee Conkey Crouse of Graysville.
Mr. Crouse resided in Cameron for several years, prior to returning to Wind Ridge, where he resided for five years, moving back to Cameron in 2014.
He was a 1974 graduate of West Greene High School.
Mr. Crouse was employed for Consol Energy Inc. at Bailey Mine for more than 20 years, prior to retiring in 2011, as a shift foreman.
He enjoyed watching sports, hunting and four-wheeling.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two daughters, Calli Crouse of Pittsburgh and Lacy Fink of New Castle; a brother, Ronald, husband of Cindy Crouse of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are his paternal grandparents, James and Elizabeth Breese Crouse, and maternal grandparents Meek and Wilda Clutter Conkey.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the time of service, Friday, March 20, in Rush Funeral Home Inc., Rogersville, with the Rev. James H. Jarvis officiating. Interment will follow in Enon Cemetery, Richhill Township.
