Mr. Larry Dale Deer, age 49, a resident of Dierks, died Wednesday, November 19, 2003 near Dierks, Arkansas.
He was born November 8, 1954 in De Queen.
Mr. Deer was preceded in death by his father: Otto Deer; one sister: Emma Harris and one brother: Earl Deer.
He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law: Amanda and Billy Lawson of Dierks and Laurie Deer of Lockesburg; three brothers: Sonny Deer of Lockesburg, AR, Ricky Deer of Murfreesboro, AR, and Tommy Deer of Dierks; four sisters: Mary Ward of Dierks, Dianne Cox of Dierks, Glenda Conatser of Nashville, AR, and Mary Jo Alexander of Dierks; his mother: Mildred Deer of Dierks, two grandchildren: Laken and Laura and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Deer will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2003 in the First Assembly of God Church in Dierks with Rev. Henry Bateman officiating. Burial will follow in the Sweet Home Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home, Dierks.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2003 at the Dierks Chapel.
