I was the chief of Anesthesia at Mesquite Community Hospital from 1978-2003. Dr Frank was a joy to work with and all of us in Surgery liked him. He was both a hoot and a fine surgeon to work with. His best line was, "recent studies have shown" and then he'd state something obvious. I'm sure his family, friends and colleagues will miss him dearly and you have my heartfelt sympathy in his passing
