Dear Larry,
We said goodbye along time ago but, I will miss that you are no longer in this world. I know you found love, happiness and success.
GOD speed my friend.
Love,
Anita

Just found this out and I'm heart broken. Haven't seen him in many years. I worked at the General Store where Larry and the TJ Bonner band played night after night for audiences who loved this band and the amazing voice of Larry's. I just found the tape he gave me of the bands music when I left Washington and was playing it. Still love the music! My condolences to the family and friends. - Betty (Belcher) Griffen

Hi Larry, my Dear long time friend. I am so sad you had to leave before your time. I miss you more than you can know. We had our differences but... You were always just a phone call away when I needed to talk to someone I knew cared about me. Always kind and thoughtful. And you could do anything. Besides youre musical talents you could build things, understood electronics. Anything that caught your interest you did well. A quick study you were. And until you taught me how to use a computer,...

We had our differences but you were the friend that was just a phone call away if I needed to talk to someone i knew cared about me. Always kind and thoughtful. And you could do anything. Hi Larry, You were an A#1 brother-in-law. I love the memory of our long conversations and your guided tours of all things electronically amazing. I loved your ability to think critically and intelligently and the amazing recall of factual knowledge you had about many things. Of course there was that incredibly sharp and subtle sense of humor.

Most of all I love how good you were for our family and especially for April and Nick.

You are surely and sorely missed.

Jim

I haven't seen Larry since we were in high school together more than 50 years ago, but I remember him well. Reading about his life here and elsewhere it seems to me that he made the most of his - we should all be so fortunate. Rest in peace, Larry.

The first paying gig I ever played was for a Halloween dance at the Skate Inn in Marysville, Wa. back around 1964 with, Larry Gadler (Bass), Terry Craig (guitar) Ron Switrz (organ), and my brother Rob (Sax). RIP my friend.

Hi there, it is me your great niece. I'm sorry we did not get to see each other much. I have always loved the song After All, I listened to it again recently and it felt like it had a new meaning. I hope you are resting easy and doing whatever your heart desires. Just know you were loved dearly and missed by many.

To my Uncle Larry, words cannot express how strange it is to me that you have left this world. My faith helps me, as I've prayed to Grandma and Grandpa that you are together and watching over us. From the earliest of ages our family celebrated music, and for me you were at the heart of that. I played the cassette tapes of you singing 1000 times over and knew every word. Being such a good girl I would not repeat any cuss words (at least not when anyone could hear me). I am forever...
