Larry B. Garnet

Larry was a valuable member of Cornwall High School class of `60. He was loved by all and we are all sorry we did not see much of him after graduation. He was a quiet and thoughtful classmate. So happy he lived his life as he wished, and created happiness wherever he went.

Larry had a big heart. He was a collector of many things but he loved his trains. He collected things not only for himself but with others in mind. He had a kind, generous nature and he was happiest when he could express his kindness in sharing with others. If you visited Larry, he never wanted you to leave empty handed. As a young child I remember him showing off his train sets, it was what made him smile the most.

We will miss you, Larry. Christmas and holidays will seem empty without your giving spirit always bringing laughter to the gatherings. My favorite memories were of you and John on various baseball teams. I so enjoyed coming to each and every one of them! Even tho we tried to find you in the end, you were not to be found. Thank you for all the interest you took in us. You were a kind and giving soul. Whoever wrote this obituary, thank you! This so beautifully captures Larry!
